Digital Precision Handle for BALLOREX^® Venturi DN  15-50

To correspond the high accuracy of the BALLOREX^® Venturi valves, a Digital Precision Handle is fitted on all Commissioning stations and DRV valves from DN 15 - 50. With 100 distinct settings and clear read-out scales, the easy and accurate flow rate settings. 

The settings of the regulating spindle is done by means of an Allen Key from a hole in the handle cap. Due to unique construction with an integrated ball valve and seperate regulating spindel, the Commissioning station and DRV can be isolated with a 90^o rotation on the handle, without affecting the flow rate settings. This feature makes a Memery Stop needless and gives an easy and fast isolation procedure.

When the Venturi valves are insulated, dimension, and Kvs value is read from the label on the back of the handle.

The handle is made of Polyarimide with glass reinforcement .. made to last .. and made for easy regulation:

• Allen key operated. (DN15-20:3mm, DN 32-50: 5mm)

• Two digit set position indication.

• Digits are reflective to improve visibility.

• Number of distinct settings: 100 

Security

To prevent unauthorised isolation, the handle can be wired through a hole in the handle. For additional security, the regulation needle can be supplied with a pentagonal key. Cat. No. 3315023.
