All valves, where appropriate, to have a BALLOFIX® ball valve incorporated providing local shut-off, presetting and safety lock.

To be polyester powder coated, resistant to chemicals and U.V. fading. Min. 80 µ thickness. |
Handles
The fittings and valves to be equipped with metal handles in a colour according to DIN recommendations and a colour ring and disc, or text button, to identify the media.
Bases and Flanges
To be of best quality brass and to be surface treated with the same coating and the same colour as the valve body. |
Mounting
The fittings or valve to be delivered with EASY-TO-MOUNT fixing items to keep the fitting or valve fully locked in its position when installed.

Fittings in All Plastics
The fittings to be constructed to a maximum working pressure of
147 psi/10 bar and to be leak tested before leaving the factory.
The fittings to be made from a plast material and constructed in such a way that the media will not come in contact with any kind of metal.
The valve and head work must be able to withstand a temperature of 90ºC (194° F) for cleaning purposes. |
B.
Fittings in Stainless Steel
The fittings to be constructed to a maximum working pressure of 147 psi/10 bar and to be leak tested before leaving the factory.
The fittings to be made in stainless steel SIS 2343 or similar.
The valve and head work must be able to withstand a temperature of 120ºC (248° F) for cleaning purposes. |

Fittings for Recirculation
The fittings to be constructed to a maximum working pressure of
10 bar/147 psi and to be leak tested before leaving the factory.
The fitting to be constructed in such a way that the water can re-circulate in the fitting up to the point of use. |
