BOSS dry service valves for gas with "press/turn" safety handles. The valves are based on a ceramic headwork for burning gases. Opening/closing function 90º turn.		BOSS fittings for burning gas can be used for natural, town and low pressure bottle gases. The fittings are designed for use in laboratories where a safe and reliable valve for burning gases is required. The fittings can be delivered in many standard configurations covering most requirements by a modern laboratory. The range is as standard equipped with "press/ turn" safety handles to prevent accidental turning on of the gas. Maximum working pressure: 7 bar/100 psi. Every fittings is leak tested before leaving our factory. Allowable pressure test after installation: 1.5 x max. working pressure without function of the valve. Materials with medium contact: Metals Brass and nickel Sealing Nitrile, Ceramics Lubricant Approved for burning gas A special "pop-up" indication handle can be delivered making it possible visually and physically to observe if the dry service valve is open.
	As illustrated, two buttons (red) will “pop-up” when the valve is in the open position.
