| Dry service valves for Oxygen and technical gases (99.99% clean) can be used where a higher degree of cleanliness is required. The design and manufacturing are adapted to oxygen service, meaning that the presence of mineral oils and greases are minimized. Typical media for this range are oxygen and all non-burning, non-corrosive and non-toxic 4.0 gases such as N2 and He. Maximum working pressure: 10 bar/147 psi. Every dry service valve is leak tested before leaving our factory. Allowable pressure test after installation: 1.5 x max. working pressure without function of the valve. Test medium: Atmospheric air. Leak rate less than: 10-3 mbarl/s. Spare parts see section 13. |
