BOSS CLEANLINE 5.0 fittings can be used for gases up
to 5.0 (99,999% clean gas).
The fittings are used when the requirements for gas purity are high: Laboratories
in general, chromatography, Ar, He, N2, H2, CH4
and working gases for spectrometry.
BOSS CLEANLINE 5.0 special features:
- Ultrasonically cleaned components
- Sealings are made of PVDF and FPM (Viton)
- Packaged in sealed bags to maintain cleanliness
- Twin ferrule compression fittings secure clean
connection on outlet.

All fittings are leak tested before leaving the factory. Leak rate better
than 10-3 mbarl/s.
1 out of 100 valves is helium leak tested. Leak rate better than 5x10-5
mbar l/s.
Maximum test pressure 16 bar / 235 psi.
