BOSS CLEANLINE 6.0 fittings can be used for gases up to 6.0 (99,9999% clean gas).
The fittings are used when the requirements for gas purity are crucial: Laboratories in general (as point-of-use valves), for gas chromatography, spectrometry, for non-corrosive gases e.g. Ar, He, N2, H2, CH4.
BOSS CLEANLINE 6.0 special features:
- Ultrasonically cleaned and assembled components
- Sealings are made of metal and PVDF
- Leakrate < 10-7 mbar l/s.
- Packaged in sealed bags to maintain cleanliness
- Twin ferrule compression fittings secure clean connection on outlet.

Every fitting is pressure tested at max. test pressure (16 bar / 235 psi) before leaving our factory.
Every fitting is helium leak tested before leaving the factory.
Leak rate better than 10-7 mbar l/s.
